When you request or book a shoot through our website we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, shoot type, preferred date and time, location and any details you share about your project. If you pay a deposit, payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.
If you provide your mobile number and opt in when booking, PLS Capture US may send you SMS text messages related to your booking — such as confirmation that your deposit was received, appointment reminders and updates about your shoot. This is transactional messaging tied to your own booking; we do not send marketing or promotional texts, and message frequency is limited to what is needed for your booking.
We do not sell, rent or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties, and mobile opt-in data is never shared for marketing purposes.
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business — for example Stripe (payments), and our messaging/email providers for confirmations. We do not sell your personal information.
We keep booking information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your information by emailing us.
