Services

PLS Capture US provides videography and photography services in Austin, TX and Central Texas. Bookings made through our website are requests to reserve a date; a booking is confirmed once a deposit is received. A 30% deposit locks your date and the balance is due after delivery. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel, except where required by law. Exact scope and pricing are confirmed in writing before your shoot.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your full card details. Available methods include card, Affirm, Klarna and Cash App Pay.

SMS text messaging terms

Program name: PLS Capture US booking notifications.

How you opt in (consent): You give consent directly to PLS Capture US by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our booking form at plscapture.us/booking.html. The box is unchecked by default and opting in is not a condition of booking. We do not buy, rent or receive phone numbers or opt-in consent from any third party or lead-generation source.

• Message types: transactional messages tied to your own booking only — deposit and booking confirmations, appointment date/time reminders, and replies to questions you started. We do not send marketing or promotional texts, and we do not run any affiliate or third-party marketing.
• Message frequency varies and depends on your booking activity (typically a few messages per booking).
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.
• Text STOP to cancel at any time. After you send STOP we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. Text HELP for help, or contact help@plscapture.us / (917) 965-4774.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• No mobile information will be shared with, sold to, or rented to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in and consent data is never shared with anyone. See our Privacy Policy.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Need to move your date? Contact us as early as possible and we'll do our best to reschedule based on availability. Deposits may be applied to a rescheduled date at our discretion.
